Blind Institute of Technology (BIT) is a Denver-based 501c3 organization serving as a nonprofit staffing agency for professionals with disabilities on a global scale. Established over 8 years ago, BIT works to address the unemployment epidemic amongst professionals with disabilities within corporate America. We place professionals in all aspects of business including IT, finance, sales and marketing, and HR., earning a median salary of $70K. Our talent are corporate-ready professionals, the majority of which have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent certifications and experience needed to excel in their chosen fields. For those candidates seeking relevant certifications, we offer the BIT Academy, our workforce development arm. The BIT Academy is the only approved training provider for people with disabilities internationally by Salesforce.
